The Donahey Law Firm

When Dick Donahey began practicing personal injury law over 40 years ago, few law firms specialized exclusively in the rights and claims for injured individuals. Many firms focused on corporate law, but few were willing to take the chance that The Donahey Law Firm did: to work for their clients on a contingency-only basis, in order to represent injured individuals who were often unable to pay large, up-front legal fees.

40 years later, we still operate on a "contingent fee" basis, which means that our attorneys get paid only when, and if, we recover money damages. A contingent fee allows injured persons and families with little or no financial resources to obtain experienced and effective legal counsel. The attorney's fee is simply a percentage of the award in the case. If there is no recovery, there is not a fee.

If you need legal advice, contact us for a free consultation by e-mail at help@donaheylaw.com, or call us anytime at 1-800-686-1699. We can meet with you at one of our four locations throughout central Ohio, or we will even come to you in our Mobile Office.
